Translation Rates
At In 4 communication we have a standard rate for all translations and we calculate the total price over the number of words in the source language, so you immediately know where you stand and what the costs will be for the translation. A free double check is included with every translation as standard.
Rate for all possible language combinations:
English-French: € 0.07 per word
French-English: € 0.07 per word
Dutch-French: € 0.07 per word
French-Dutch: € 0.07 per word
Spanish-French: € 0.07 per word
French-Spanish: € 0.07 per word
English-Spanish: € 0.07 per word
Spanish-English: € 0.07 per word
Spanish-Dutch: € 0.07 per word
Dutch-Spanish: € 0.07 per word
Spanish-French: € 0.07 per word
French-Spanish: € 0.07 per word
We charge an entry fee of € 20.00 for each translation Ex. VAT
The rates are Ex. VAT
After receiving your request we will contact you within 2 hours and we will send you a proposal for the total amount to be paid. If you agree with this proposal, we will get to work for you immediately.
Proofreading
For a proofreading we charge € 0.04 per word Ex. VAT, all corrections are included as standard in this amount.
We also charge an entry fee of € 15.00 Ex. VAT
After receiving your request we will contact you within 2 hours and we will make you a proposal for the total amount to be paid. If you agree with this proposal, we will get to work for you immediately.
Copywriting Rates
Our standard rate for copywriting is € 0.12 per word. Ex. BTW we charge an entry fee of € 40.00 Ex. VAT

* From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., requests made after 6 p.m. will be answered the following day.
